- Lifestyle tips to create a balanced mind and help you relax
90-minutes of discussion with breathing and movement based on the Ayurvedic principles, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra to help relax the mind and reset your intentions. All levels, no prior knowledge of Ayurveda necessary.
