What exactly is a masterclass and should you be afraid? This class is designed for anybody with an interest in the deeper dimensions of the practice. Does that mean hopping from handstand into full splits? Nope. It means we look at the biomechanics and the energetics behind a pose, maybe even one you do consistently in all your classes (ie downward dog, triangle, or mountain). It also means you can ask me questions to clear up any confusion you may have—just type them into the chat and I’ll try to answer them! Class time is 1 1/2 hrs, and will include a pranayama and meditation practice (again, beginners welcome!).
