Crafting a morning routine based on the Niyamas. These five principles of healthy living are set out in the Yoga Sutras, and are the backbone of any personal yoga practice. No matter what amount of time you have in the morning, there are ways of implementing these guidelines to help you start your day with more intention, attention and ease.
This workshop will weave together a morning practice with an instructional segment describing the Niyamas and their application to your Sadhana (morning practice).
