This recipe couldn't be easier. Great topper for veggies, sandwiches, or drizzled over soups. I put it here on some left over mashed potatoes that I made into fritters and flavored with some garam masala.
2 C cilantro
2 C mint
3 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
1 pinch of sugar
salt to taste
about 1/4 C water to blend (can add more)
This is just a blender deal, put it all in!
* note for those new to cilantro: unlike the mint that you will have to de-stem, you can put the cilantro stalks in no problem, just trim off the very ends.
